French Toast - two thick slices served with a dusting of powdered sugar
Pancakes - three generous size plain, blueberry or apple pancakes
Sampler Plate - one slice of French toast, one apple pancake and one blueberry pancake
Eggs:
Two eggs (or as many as you wish) prepared the way you want them - scrambled, fried, poached or boiled
Omelets:
Our famous, fluffy omelet is always a big favourite. You can have it plain or stuffed with any combination of cheddar cheese, tomato, onion, green pepper, or mushrooms
Breakfast Sandwiches:
The classic fried egg
BLT (bacon, lettuce and tomato), not just for lunch anymore
English muffin with fried egg, bacon or sausage and cheese (better than fast food)

Side Orders:
Bacon - not too fat and not too lean, cooked just the way you like it
Sausage - a blend of beef and pork, par boiled before frying to reduce fat
Fried tomatoes - thick slices of firm tomatoes fried with a touch of parsley
Fried mushrooms - we only use fresh mushrooms
Pan fried potatoes - prepared from PEI potatoes seasoned lightly with onion and parsley
Toast:
White, oat bran, whole wheat, multi-grain, sourdough, raisin
English muffin
Light or dark rye (from Ottawa's famous, long established Rideau Bakery)
Bagel
Hot Beverages:
Freshly ground Albert House blended coffee
